Also, all products starting with item number 63... - 65... are items individual production (except latex care) and given to our production company directly after we received your order.

Attention: for these items, there is no right of withdrawal - an exchange of sizes, color, etc. or a cancellation of these items is not possible.

These products are produced on the row of orders. We have no influence on the production time and cannot process special items with express. The average production time is about 4 - 10 weeks, after we received your payment. The average production times are already displayed next to the product and is without guarantee.

Items with indivual production will be charged to your credit card on the day of order (and not on the day of shipping - like we do with all other products). We will charge your credit card immediately after we received your order - so you might find two payment information on your credit card statement (one for your individual productions on the date of order and a second payment information on the day of shipping, if you have also different items)
