The available methods of payment at Fetishtiger.com are listed below.

Payment by credit card
We accept credit card payment by American Express Card, Mastercard and Visacard. We will charge your credit card on most orders on the date of shipping. You will find no information about Fetishtiger.com on your credit card statement.

If you order, items which will be produced individually for you, your credit card will be charged directly on the day of order. If you also order regular items, these items will be charged to your credit card on the day of shipping.

Notice: During the checkout process, we will approve your credit card information and the amount of your order. The final transaction will be made on the shipping date. If you use a debit-credit card or a prepaid card, the amount may be blocked on your credit card (same procedure is also on rental-car stations or during flight booking).

Payment by bank wire transfer / payment in advance
You can also pay your order by bank wire transfer. You will receive our international banking information with your order confirmation by email and also directly on your customer-account. Please always add your customer-number and your order-number to every bank wire transfer. This will increase the processing speed of your order.

If you place your order outside the European Union and want to pay by bank wire transfer, please transfer the amount in EURO and make sure, that all banking fees in your country and also in Germany will be paid by you. If you have further question about international bank wire transfer, please use our support form.

Payment by COD (cash on delivery)
We will offer this service currently only for customers within Germany. We will add a handling fee of 8.95 EUR to the shipping fees. DHL-/German Post will add an additional handling charge of 2.00 EUR to your parcel, where we have no influence on it.

Notice: We do not send any parcels by COD to German pack-stations and we will not send any individual productions on COD bases.
