We process all return on the row of returns. Please make sure, when you return your products outside the European Union, please make sure that all taxes and custom fees are paid by you.

The refund of your return will be on the selected payment method. You can select this method on our return form.

After we received the parcel, please allow 10 - 20 business days for processing the refund of your return. The refund will be guaranteed within the time range of the laws of Germany.

If you do not select a refund method, we will automatically generate an online voucher, which is not limited, for future orders.

If you do not receive a payment after that range, please login to your account first and select the contact form. Please always add your customer-ID, order-ID and tracking-ID of your parcel.

Refunds to international credit cards need 4 - 6 weeks, after we received your payment. Please allow these dates to find an updated status on your credit card statement.

Please return all parcels as insured parcel. Do not return items on regular letter.
