Our return policy: We will offer our customers a return policy within 28 days after shipping. You can check the items and size if you like within these days.

We will not accept returns of items, produced individually for you (e.g. starting with item number 63... - 65...) or where the hygienic seal is broken, damaged or removed.

Items, used near the crotch or inside, items for anal pleasures or on your mouth (e.g. gags, etc.) are only refundable in the original package with unbroken seal. Or do you want to get a dildo another customer already tested? Thank you for your understanding.

To connect your return with your customer account, please always add our return form to your parcel. This will allow us a quicker processing of your return and less inquiries.

Please always return the item in original undamaged package and do not change the package with different items. This will delay the processing of your return intensively.

Our employees always try to process your return quickly, but please allow 10 - 15 business days after we received your return.

For our customers outside the European Union, if you return an item to Germany, please make sure that we have to pay no additional taxes by customs, otherwise we have to charge these taxes to your account and cannot refund the full amount.
