After your order left our shipping department, you will receive an automatical email. Please check your emails and make sure that the email is not added to your spam-folder.
You will also find on your customer account an updated information with parcel number and the possibility to track your parcel online. Click on the blue framed link to get further information by the carrier you selected.
Please allow the carriers up to 12 hours to update your information and receive shipping informations online.
If you have selected shipping by German Post / DHL-economy and will live outside Germany, your final carrier in your final destination may not update the tracking information given by German Post and displayed online in our store. If you have selected shipping by UPS-Express you will get tracking informations to all places worldwide.
